Aaron S. Kurland has over 25 years of combined experience in software and semiconductor development. Kurland managed both hardware and software development as Vice President, Engineering at NetSilicon before co-founding Boston Circuits with Kataoka.
Hiro Kataoka is a veteran of 20 years in product development, sales, and marketing on three continents. Prior to co-founding Boston Circuits, Kataoka was Vice President, Worldwide Sales of NetSilicon, a publicly traded manufacturer of processors for embedded networking. Kataoka joined NetSilicon in 2001 when he sold Dimatech Corporation, a company he founded in 1991 to NetSilicon.

Elias Antoun has 27 years in the electronics industry. He served as President and CEO of Genesis Microchip (NASD: GNSS) from November 2004. He played an instrumental role in the sale of Genesis to ST Microelectronics in 2007. Prior to Genesis, he served as the president and CEO of Pixim, Inc., between March 2004 and November 2004. From February 2000 to August 2003, Antoun served as the President and CEO of MediaQ, Inc., a mobile handheld graphics IC company acquired by NVIDIA Corporation in August 2003. From January 1991 to February 2000, he held a variety of positions with LSI Logic Corporation, most recently serving as Executive VP of the Consumer Products Division from 1998 until his departure in January 2000.He has served as Director of HPL Technologies, Inc. from 2000 to December 2005.

Keisuke Yawata is Chairman of International Angel Investors Japan, an organization promoting and educating individual Angel investors as well as entrepreneurs.. He has held executive positions at NEC Electronics, LSI Logic, and Applied Materials, and currently sits on 11 boards of private and public companies.
Jes Scully is CFO of Interactive Supercomputing Corporation based in Waltham Massachusetts. Prior to ISC, he served as Director of Finance and Sales Operation at NetSilicon, Inc. He was a leader in the company's IPO and its subsequent sale to Digi International. Jes has more than 12 years of financial management and operational experience in the high technology industry; he holds a BSBA from Boston University and is a CPA.
